Massage Therapy and Yoga

I started studying massage in 1997, practiced massage in Argentina for over 5 years and in 2006 I moved to Seattle were I attended Brian Utting School of Massage. I started my practice, in February 2007.

With yoga my story began in 1998. I fell in love with it. I loved the movement, the body awareness it brought, the state of mind but also something deeper that satisfied my need to wonder about other aspects of existence. I completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training at 8 Limbs Yoga Centers in April 2008 and taught yoga at Flow Yoga of Redmond from November 2007 to July of 2011 and in Health Within from July 2011 to July 2013. In March 2010 I completed another 200 hour yoga teacher training with Ana Forrest. I have attended workshops with Anne Phyfe Palmer, Melina Meza, Jenny Hayo, Troy Lucero,  Sarah Powers, Rod Stryker, Tias Little and Sharon Gannon and David Life. I am currently completing my 500-hour yoga teacher training at  8 Limbs Yoga Centers .

My mission is to create a space where I can empower people through the knowledge they acquire receiving bodywork and practicing yoga. My purpose is to hold a respectful, honest and tranquil environment where self-observation and change can happen. I want to assist in that process so my clients can find healing and growth.

The massage styles I use the most are Deep tissue and Injury assessment, Postural Analysis and Myofascial release, Pregnancy Massage, Traditional Thai massage “Nuad Bo Rarn”, Hot Stone Massage and Lymphatic Drainage Massage.

I like to bring to my yoga classes good alignment, anatomy and breathing awareness to eventually transcend the purely physical and connect with deeper, subtler layers of our being. I teach a variety of classes from group to private, from flow classes to restorative inspired gentler classes.
